Ingredients

1 ¾ cup Arva Flour Mills Daisy Unbleached Flour

1 cup Red River Cereal (cooked)

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp Baking Soda
-
1 tsp Turbinado Sugar (for sprinkle on top)

⅓ cup Olive Oil
-
½ cup Arva Maple Syrup
-
2 Eggs
-
3 Ripe Bananas (mashed) (about 1 cup)

¼ cup Milk
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
Whisk together wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Place paper muffin cups in a standard 12 up muffin tin. Portion 10-12 servings depending on the size preference of your muffins
Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 12-15 minutes
Remove from oven and sprinkle muffin tops with Turbinado Sugar.
Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
